Fit-and-flare shape emphasizes your natural waist and allows fabric to float over your mid-section; the wide neckline mirrors the lower section, for a balanced whole.  A shorter hemline functions beautifully for all shapes, but is particularly good for wider hips.

The scoop neck invites accessorizing; add a necklace to bring light and sparkle around your face.
